At Bow & Stern, we have a fishing and farm to table philosophy which focuses on locally sourced food and the freshest ingredients. Our goal is to demystify the oyster and celebrate the social exuberance of sharing them with friends. We feature up to 12 varieties of seasonal oysters, delivered to us daily from both coasts and the Gulf.
The Bow & Stern experience begins with oysters, but doesn’t end there. Executive Chef Brian Greene has created an ambitious dinner and brunch menu highlighted by land and sea specialties. Our intent with our bar menu is similar to our oyster philosophy; we aim to wow you with unique flavors and distinct options. We feature over 40 craft beers, worldly wines ideal for pairing, and seasonal, handcrafted cocktails.
Bow & Stern is located in the heart of the West Town entertainment district, right on Chicago Avenue just west of downtown.
